Production Labor 1st shift

Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Labor to join their team. As a Production Labor, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Labor

Location: HANOVER, PA

Pay Range: $17.50 an hour

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Cut mesh into smaller pieces according to customer orders
• Measure materials accurately using tape measures
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist in reading and interpreting work instructions
• Support the manufacturing of wire mesh products with attention to quality and detail

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in some departments
• Willingness to work in a hot manufacturing environment with airflow fans
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
