Full job description
Responsibilities
- Invoice Management
- Collect, scan, and enter invoices into the digital database.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- SQF Documentation
- Collect and organize SQF paperwork for submission.
- Record and correct errors as needed.
- Appointment Scheduling
- Enter incoming Bills of Lading (BOLs) into Appointment Plus.
- Generate and distribute on-time vendor reports.
- Tracking & Reporting
- Record trucker scanning data and monitor scan compliance.
- Report missed receiving scans promptly.
- Preventive Maintenance Tracking
- Maintain logs for forklifts, lifts, dock doors, and locks.
- Create and manage both physical and digital filing systems.
- Material Inventory Counts
- Track and report counts for stretch wrap, pallets, banding materials, airbags, straps, and office supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in shipping/receiving or logistics is a plus.
