Staff Development Coordinator

Life Care Centers is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator, Registered Nurse, to lead clinical education and training for our senior living and rehabilitation team. In this role, you will assess staff learning needs, plan and deliver orientation and ongoing in‑service programs, and ensure clinical competencies meet regulatory and company standards. You will collaborate with nursing leadership to improve quality of care, maintain accurate education records, support performance improvement initiatives, and promote a positive, patient‑first culture that prioritizes dignity, safety, and excellent healthcare outcomes.
