StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 9 Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology and Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Full-time coverage, 5 days per week for a 6 to 12-month assignment. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No call. Start date in November.
• Practice Setting: Primarily outpatient Hematology and Oncology with some inpatient responsibilities.
• Type of Cases and Required Procedures: General Hematology and Oncology patient care. Approximately 14 to 16 patients per day. Advanced Practice Provider support available. No procedures or case logs specified.
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic.
• Certifications Required: Board Certification and Basic Life Support certification.
• Licensure Required: Active Pennsylvania license required. Interstate Medical Licensure Compact accepted.
