Machine Operator Assistant

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator Assistant on 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator Assistant, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant 3rd Shift

Location: Van Wert, OH

Pay Range: $18 per hour

What's the Job?

• Set up, operate, or tend cardboard manufacturing machines that perform a variety of functions.
• Convert, saw, corrugate, band, wrap, box, stitch, form, or seal cardboard sheets into products.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What's Needed?

• Prior manufacturing experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication skills and teamwork capability.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
