Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Malden-Melrose-Saugus Territory

Help patients rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence without rushing from one treatment room to another.
As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll deliver personalized therapy in each patient’s home under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. You’ll have the opportunity to focus on one patient at a time, develop meaningful relationships, and see how your care improves everyday life.

What Your Day May Include
Providing treatments outlined in the Physical Therapist’s Plan of Care
Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
Helping patients improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and endurance
Teaching patients and caregivers how to safely continue exercises at home
Demonstrating the proper use of walkers, canes, wheelchairs, prosthetics, orthotics, and other assist

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current, unrestricted PTA license in Massachusetts
- At least six months of PTA experience preferred
- Home health experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance
- Ability to travel throughout Easton and the surrounding coverage area
- Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50–100 lbs.
