Responsibilities:- Manage complex scheduling for multiple healthcare providers, including patient appointments, meetings, and procedures.
- Maintain and update patient medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and coordinating follow-up care.
- Prepare and process medical correspondence, reports, and billing information accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate communication between medical staff, patients, insurance companies, and external agencies to facilitate smooth operations.

Minimum Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical secretary or administrative assistant program preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative role.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare administrative procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
