Cardiac Sonographer

Cone Health seeks a Cardiac Sonographer Non Registered to perform high-quality echocardiographic studies for diverse patient populations in our Piedmont Triad facilities. This role conducts cardiac ultrasound exams, prepares patients, acquires and stores images, and collaborates closely with cardiologists and nursing staff to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning. The sonographer follows established protocols, maintains equipment, documents findings in the EMR, and upholds safety and infection control standards.
