Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Cargill is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead facilities, maintenance, and asset management in our manufacturing operation. You will oversee a team of technicians, ensuring reliable equipment performance, safe operations, and minimal downtime. Responsibilities include planning and prioritizing work orders, driving preventive and predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. You will partner with production, engineering, and EHS to support continuous improvement and capital projects.
