As a Physical Therapist you provide evidence‑based evaluation and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary conditions. You develop individualized plans of care, deliver therapeutic exercise and manual techniques, monitor progress, and plan safe discharges. You document timely and accurately, collaborate with physicians and care teams, follow safety and infection‑control standards, and may supervise PTAs, rehab aides, and students.
