Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Validate and schedule lender and interest rate swap payments
- Work with bank contacts to resolve any discrepancies
- Perform month and year end reconciliation and reporting of assigned companies
- Track construction in process project costs and capitalize assets upon completion
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions for Ziegler and/or related entities
- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
- Reconcile assigned accounts and bank statements
- Assist with various daily and monthly cash activities (e.g. Reconciliations, debt management, etc.)
- Maintain financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
- Assist with annual audit
- Works in a cooperative manner with team and superiors
- Resolve accounting discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; accounting, finance or business related preferred
- 3-5 years of accounting experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand leases preferred
- Capital asset accounting experience preferred
- Quickbooks experience preferred
- Attention to Detail, Commitment / Dependability, Integrity, Problem Solving, Efficiency
- Advanced Microsoft skills, specifically Microsoft Excel

The pay range for this position is
$26.85 to $32.21Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
