Industrial Maintenance Technician-Mid Shift

Who You Are:

A qualified candidate would be an individual who is dependable, self-motivated, and works to complete the tasks at hand. They would be an individual that is able to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on machinery safely by following company policy. Able to work a flexible schedule

What You Will Be Doing:

• Be responsible for the preventive maintenance/troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues on machinery used in the facility by using the CMMS software to track PMs and work orders
• Engages in mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance of electronic power generating equipment and transmission distribution and control equipment of electric-power utility
• Resolve problems using working knowledge and solutions that improve operations and develop recommendations involving new techniques, technologies, or concepts.

Skills You Bring:

• Minimum 1-3 years industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical plant experience.
• Minimum high school education and/or vocational school
• Knowledge of 480v 3 phase/270v/110v/24v
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
• Experience within the glass industry a plus
• Able to use Multimeter efficiently
• Highly proficient at troubleshooting electrical issues
• VFD programming knowledge preferred
• PLC output and input controls troubleshooting
• Knowledge of potentiometers/servos/drives/encoders
