Rush Automotive in Round Rock is hiring an experienced A-Level Technician who wants consistent hours, strong income potential, and a shop built for production.

We are currently operating below capacity, which means plenty of work available and no shortage of hours. If you’re a high performer, you will not be waiting around for tickets.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000 – $150,000+ earning potential
• Consistent 40+ billed hours per week available
• Performance-based pay plan with flexibility

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems
• Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, etc.)
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality
• Consistently produce 40+ billed hours per week

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive technician experience
• A-Level skillset (90%+ competency across systems)
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Proven production history (40+ billed hours/week)
• Team-oriented mindset
