Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this on-site role, you’ll carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that enhance residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life. You will document progress in EMRs, partner with an interdisciplinary care team, and benefit from strong clinical support, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a collaborative, patient-focused culture.
