<div>A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Construction Operations Position type: Full-time - Contract Duration: 6 months Location: Plano, TX As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Construction Operations, you will be:<ul><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Supports the organization by communicating and implementing human resources programs, practices and initiatives that contribute to the success of the business and individual team members. </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Understands the organization’s mission, products/services and customers as to achieve strategic functional and operational HR alignment. Contributes to the development and success of the organization’s objectives and strategies.</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Ensures management is aware of Company policies and guidelines, as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations when making decisions that that impact team members.</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Works closely with management to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations.</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Completes personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, terminations, etc. and maintains associated records.</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in"> Provides counsel to management and oversees the handling of investigations, performance management, progressive discipline, involuntary terminations and exit interviews.</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Facilitates problem solving and conflict resolution for a wide variety of issues. Recommends and implements solutions to achieve fair and equitable results.</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Conducts various analyses to establish and implement human resources strategies that achieve desired outcomes.</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in"> Coordinates closely with HR counterparts on a company-wide basis to ensure consistency and continuity in human resources programs and processes.</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Consults with managers to review compensation recommendations and identifies potential problems. </li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">May be involved in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and/or contract administration. </li></ul>The ideal candidate will have:<ul><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience.</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Experience overseeing a workforce of 500-1200 within a construction environment</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Possesses an understanding of change management practices, as well as strategies utilized to reduce risk in an organization.</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint, and HR related software. </li></ul>Preferred Skills & Qualifications<ul><li style="margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience </li><li style="margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt 0.5in">HR professional certification</li></ul> Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
