K-12 Teacher

Uncommon Schools seeks a mission-driven K–12 Teacher to deliver rigorous, college-preparatory instruction in our public charter schools. You will design standards-aligned lessons, use data to drive instruction, and create a structured, joyful classroom that supports students in historically underserved communities. Teachers collaborate closely with teams, receive frequent coaching, and engage in robust professional development and leadership pathways. This on-site role includes family communication, participation in school-wide duties, and a deep commitment to educational equity and high expectations for all students.
