Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health is seeking a Therapy Assistant to support therapists in delivering high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care. In this role, you’ll assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and daily living activities under licensed therapist supervision. You’ll prepare treatment areas and equipment, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor patient safety and comfort. Working in a team-focused, patient-centered environment, you’ll collaborate with nurses and therapists, build strong patient relationships, and gain exposure to advanced rehab practices with opportunities for growth and specialty training.
