The Opportunity:
- $300,000 base salary plus incentive for panel over 200 patients
- Manageable concierge panel, with a target of approximately 200 patients for base compensation with opportunity for 400+ patient panel
- 4 clinical days per week, plus a dedicated remote/off-site administrative day
- Outpatient-only practice, with no hospital responsibilities

Ideal Candidate:
- MD or DO; board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active state medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in concierge, direct primary care, functional, integrative, preventive, lifestyle, executive health, or longevity medicine
- Strong bedside manner, responsiveness, clinical curiosity, and desire to build trust with engaged patients
