A high-volume hospitality destination is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and grow its food and beverage operations. Food & Beverage Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Develop, coach, and support hospitality team members to drive engagement and performance.
  • Oversee inventory, scheduling, budgeting, labor management, and overall financial performance.
  • Create and execute beverage programs, seasonal offerings, and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards while leading by example during peak service and events.

Food & Beverage Manager Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or a high-volume service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory, labor management, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Experience developing beverage programs, recipes, or seasonal menus is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Food & Beverage Manager Benefits
