Registered Nurse Clinical Lead Stepdown

Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead for our Stepdown unit. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care for clinically complex adults transitioning from ICU-level care. Lead and mentor nursing staff, support evidence-based practice, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans, monitor patient progress, and respond to changes in condition. You will help foster a compassionate, inclusive culture focused on continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth while supporting patient- and family-centered care.
