What will you be doing?

• Monitor and improve product quality throughout manufacturing and production processes.
• Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Perform quality inspections, audits, and data analysis to ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects and improving process performance.
• Evaluate welding processes and weld quality to ensure products meet industry and customer specifications.
• Conduct or support internal ISO 9001 audits and ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven quality engineering experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of welding processes, weld quality standards, and inspection methods.
• Experience conducting ISO 9001 audits strongly preferred.
• ISO 9001 Auditor Training required; ISO 9001 Auditor Certification highly preferred.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
