Acute Care Occupational Therapist

Intermountain Health seeks an Acute Care Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment to adult and geriatric patients in hospital settings. Responsibilities include assessing functional abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, promoting safe discharge planning, and collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, rehab staff, patients, and families. The therapist will educate patients and caregivers, document in the EMR, contribute to interdisciplinary rounds, mentor support staff, and support quality improvement initiatives in a patient-centered, mission-driven environment.
