Hospital-based Physical Therapy department Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience required Active PT license required if applicable Current BLS certification required, with no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information

Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as no local candidates will be considered Two professional references are required for consideration in Florida
