Occupational Therapist - Pediatrics

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent pediatric position working in both outpatient & acute care with the opportunity to work with a high level of medically complex patients. In this setting you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior OT with over a decade of experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for someone who is just looking for their next "job," but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Servant leader mindset
• Passion for pediatric patients
• Desire to partner alongside parents
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Experience preferred
• H-1 B visa sponsorship not available
