Compensation
- Average Weekly Pay: $2,000 (drivers who run consistently and manage their time well often exceed that)
- Pay based on an industry leading percentage (%) of linehaul structure
- Additional % for seniority and meeting individual weekly performance goals
- Referral bonuses up to $900 per referral

Qualifications
- 23 years of age
- 1 year of recent, safe, verifiable commercial tractor-trailer or straight truck experience
- Good MVR and CSA scores
- Must be able to pass a DOT pre-employment physical and drug test
- Must be able to pass a road test and essential job functions test
- Must live within the state of Ohio
