205 Diesel Repair is seeking a Senior Automotive Service Advisor in Rockwall, Texas, to manage customer communication, repair orders, estimates, and sales throughout the service process. This position pays $20-$30 per hour plus commission, with stated annual earning potential of $60,000-$160,000 based on the pay plan and sales performance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer intake and vehicle write-ups while maintaining accurate repair order documentation.
• Create and present repair estimates, maintenance recommendations, and Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) results to customers.
• Follow up with customers, secure repair authorizations, and manage repair orders through completion.
• Handle an expected workload of approximately five vehicles per day while supporting a weekly sales expectation of $25,000.
• Identify and present appropriate service and repair opportunities while supporting the shop's sales goals.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer communication through phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Reach out to prospective customer leads and work to convert inquiries into shop visits and service opportunities.
• Use Tekmetric for shop management and CRM functions and GoHighLevel for CRM activities, while addressing customer escalations and involving the lead when additional support is needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant Service Advisor experience required; candidates with additional experience are also welcome.
• Experience in either an automotive dealership or independent repair shop environment is accepted.
• Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
• Diesel knowledge is a plus.
• Experience managing customer intake, estimates, repair authorizations, repair orders, and service recommendations.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers by phone, text, and email.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $20-$30 per hour.
• Commission: This position includes commission and is highly incentivized toward sales performance.
• Annual earning potential: $60,000-$160,000 based on the stated pay plan and sales performance; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
• 5 paid sick days after 6 months.
• 5 paid vacation days after 1 year, resulting in 10 combined paid sick and vacation days after the first year.
• Uniforms are available/provided if desired.
