Emergency Medicine physician job in Washington : TeamHealth is looking for an energetic emergency medicine medical director to lead an established team of physicians. As the facility medical director for Cascade Valley Hospital, you'll guide an established EM team, shape clinical operations, and drive high-quality patient care in a collaborative, community-focused environment. This is an opportunity to lead with purpose, influence department performance, and help advance emergency care for the Arlington community. Located an hour north of Seattle, Cascade Valley Hospital in Arlington, Washington, offers a quieter, more rural lifestyle with a strong schooling system; while offering both urban amenities and outdoor recreation.
Cascade Valley Hospital is a Level IV community-based hospital with 29 total beds, and 16 ED beds. Our dedicated team deals with a medium acuity level, while seeing an average of 2.2 patients per hour. During all shifts our physicians do respond to floor codes and have a wide ranging specialty support team available. Cascade Valley uses EPIC EMR and AI EPIC Scribe.

Competitive compensation based on a combination of hourly rates, RVUs, and quality bonus components, with estimated annual compensation of $211 to $325 hourly; Will be cross credentialed with Skagit Valley Hospital

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
