As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you will serve in a public school as part of a diverse AmeriCorps team, helping students build the skills and mindsets needed to thrive. You will provide individualized and small-group support in attendance, behavior, and coursework; collaborate with teachers to reinforce classroom learning; and build trusting relationships that promote student confidence and belonging.
