Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute community. In this role, you will deliver hands-on nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and document accurately in EMR systems. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans that support dignity, safety, and quality of life.
