What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Monitor plant performance and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve operational issues
- Support and develop team members through coaching and training
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards

Work Environment
