- Own day-to-day account work for a group of accounts with simple to moderately complex needs.
- Help keep renewals moving, support Producers and Account Executives when they’re not available, and coordinate the right resources to meet client risk management needs.
- Help protect existing business, look for ways to add more coverage or services, and keep client relationships strong through consistent follow-through.
- Support renewals and help deliver the right solution on time.
- Manage client accounts and keep work moving.
- Build trust with client contacts and internal partners.
- Identify chances to add services or lines of coverage.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience
-OR-
- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- Producer's License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred:
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
- Solid financial acumen.
