• Coverage needed 1 ‐ 2 weeks per month
• Clinic during the day with call at night
• Variable call ratio ‐‐ 20‐minute call response time required
• Recent surgical experience required
• Both non‐surgical and surgical/invasive procedures
• Hospital privileges required
