Job Details

Our team is looking for an experienced General Foreman to lead electrical operations on a $50 million electrical project.
This is a chance to take a hands-on leadership role on a major, high-visibility project in the Bay Area overseeing crews, coordinating with project management, and ensuring the work is done safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a General Foreman on large-scale commercial/institutional electrical projects
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Ability to coordinate closely with PMs, superintendents, and other trades
• Solid understanding of code, safety standards, and quality control
• Experience with higher-ed or student housing projects is a plus
