Job Summary

Assist Transocean employees and contractors with immigration procedures. Ensures all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner. The position requires experience and a comprehensive knowledge of Foreign and Domestic Immigration and Visa programs. This position requires minimal supervision and the ability to work independently but maintain communication with their Supervisor.

Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee, prepare and process work-related passport, travel visas, employment visa and other immigration documents
• Accounting Administration
• Records Retention

Education

• Some college required
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Experience

• Minimum: Five years of Foreign and Domestic Immigration with knowledge of US Immigration laws, international visa and immigration requirements
• Preferred: Seven years of Foreign and Domestic Immigration with knowledge of US Immigration laws, international visa and immigration requirements
