Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2360 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <90 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - MaineHealth.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Greater than 2 years of experience required. Adult ICU experience required. ER experience treating pediatric patients needing intubation and mechanical ventilation required. Level 1 nursery experience as part of the resuscitation team required. Experience attending high-risk deliveries/C-sections required. Med Surg floor experience required. Experience with Drager V500 ventilators, V60 BiPAP, Hamilton T-1 transport ventilator, Airvo high-flow oxygen units, Neopuff, and Ram cannula required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: NICU and PICU experience preferred.

Special Requests: Travel pairs are not accepted.

Shift & Scheduling: No call.

Floating Requirements: RT floats to all areas of the hospital; patient population ranges from newborn to adult.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
