Manager, Sterile Processing

Boston Children’s Hospital seeks a Manager, Sterile Processing to lead all sterile processing operations supporting pediatric surgical and procedural services. This role oversees decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of instruments, ensuring compliance with AAMI, AORN, and hospital infection-prevention standards. The manager will supervise, schedule, and develop staff; optimize workflows and quality metrics; manage inventory and equipment; collaborate with Perioperative Services and clinical leaders; and drive process improvements that support safe, timely care for children and families in a mission-driven academic medical center.
