Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post clinicals Completion of three HealthStream modules pre-assignment

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Shift days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM EMR: Raintree Productivity expectation: 55-63 patients per week, with treatments typically scheduled 2 per hour and evaluations scheduled 1 hour
