Full job description

Our client, a leader in the automotive manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking a Technician to join their team. As a Technician you will be part of the technical support department supporting maintenance and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technician

Location: Raymond, OH

Pay Range: $25-30/hr based on experience

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
  • Assist in installation and setup of new equipment
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency

What's Needed?

  • Two-year degree in electronics or automotive background
  • Moderately strong physical activity capabilities, including lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to perform activities such as bending, crouching, reaching, and standing
  • Physical ability to drive a car
  • Willingness to work in a non-remote, hands-on environment
