Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join a growing team in Gladewater, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of equipment, including tractor-trailers, forklifts, loaders, and trailers. Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel-powered equipment and vehicles
• Perform preventative maintenance on tractor-trailers, trailers, forklifts, and loaders
• Identify and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues
• Complete routine inspections and scheduled maintenance services
• Document repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment service records
• Communicate equipment needs and repair recommendations to the Lead Mechanic
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and maintaining tractor-trailers, forklifts, and loaders is required
• Strong diesel engine diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
