• Wednesdays -- 8 am - 5 pm, 9hr shift
• Approximately 150 deliveries per year
• Mix of clinic, surgeries, and hospital coverage -- full scope required
• High-risk pregnancy management, colposcopy, hysterectomy, minimally invasive surgery
• C-sections, VBAC, complicated deliveries, and repair of lacerations required
• Office procedures -- IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP required
• Surgical gynecology -- open and laparoscopic procedures required
• Inpatient and outpatient rounding
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
