RiverRidge Outpatient - ME seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our outpatient behavioral health team. In this patient-centered role, you will support individuals and families receiving counseling and therapy by performing assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting care in the EHR. You’ll collaborate closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and other clinicians to implement care plans, reinforce education, and assist with crisis intervention.
