MIG Welder Night Shift

Hire Dynamics/Employbridge is searching for experienced MIG Welders for a Lancaster, SC manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00pm-6:00am

Pay Rate: $27.25/hour

Primary Responsibilities for MIG Welder

• Perform MIG welding on metal parts and components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding diagrams.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
