Hematologist

to join the Division of Hematology within the Department of Medicine in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
The successful candidate will provide inpatient and outpatient hematology services, teach hematology/oncology fellows, residents, and medical students, and contribute to a collaborative academic environment focused on innovation and excellence.
The Division of Hematology is home to an active

Hemophilia Treatment Center

and provides comprehensive care for a broad spectrum of benign hematologic conditions. Faculty members have the opportunity to develop clinical and/or translational research programs while collaborating with established investigators across Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and the Rutgers Cancer Institute. Candidates with expertise or interest in

hemostasis and thrombosis

are especially encouraged to apply, although physicians with other areas of focus in classical hematology are welcome.
Candidate Requirements:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology

Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New Jersey

Interest or expertise in classical hematology, with hemostasis and thrombosis preferred

Commitment to excellence in patient care, medical education, and academic collaboration

Interest in developing a clinical and/or translational research program is encouraged

Compensation & Benefits:
Minimum starting salary of

$356,018 , with final compensation determined by qualifications, experience, academic rank, market benchmarks, and internal equity
