Intermediate Critical Care Registered Nurse

Novant Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Intermediate Critical Care Unit to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to moderately to critically ill adults. In this step-down setting, you will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor complex conditions, manage IV infusions and cardiac rhythms, and respond to status changes using evidence-based protocols. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and document care in our advanced EHR.
