What You'll Earn

• $22.00–$25.00/hour base pay
• Up to 50% rent discount — live where you work

• $15/day on-call pay (rotating, paid — not expected for free)

What You'll Do
Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

What You Need

• Valid driver's license + personal vehicle
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus — not required to apply

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
