Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health Experience

Assignment Details

• Shift Schedule: M-F
• On Call: None
• EMR: Home Care Home Base
• Productivity Expectation: 30 points per week
• Coverage area may extend within an hour radius of the general hub city based on referrals
