Full job description

Our client, a leader in medical device manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the assembly, packaging, and sterilization of vital medical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Position Type: 1-Year Contract-to-Hire

Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm, OT as needed

What's the Job?

  • Perform functions on the assembly lines including washing, wrapping, assembling, gluing, packaging, sealing, and labeling of medical devices
  • Maintain a clean and organized production environment in compliance with GMP standards
  • Operate general production equipment such as sealers, autoclaves, and stir plates
  • Receive and distribute supplies within the production area as needed
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate safety gear at all times

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing/assembly experience greatly preferred
  • Basic English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to understand safety and quality instructions and read work instructions and drawings
  • Basic math skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures and GMP guidelines
