Full job description
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a highly skilled Finance Control Analyst to prepare and analyze financial activities, manage accounting operations, and provide support to management, staff, and customers in various financial matters. You will be part of a team that solves the most complex networking and communications challenges facing the U.S. Federal Government.
This position will be responsible for program level financial analysis and reporting, program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with program, customer, and corporate leadership to track, analyze, and forecast program finances
- Prepare routine to moderately complex program financial activities and analyses
- Establish, validate and maintain Estimate at Completion and ad hoc financial reports within guidelines
- Reconcile program expenditure forecasts, and actual expenses
- Maintain data integrity in program financial data
- Provide financial and technical guidance to team members
- Research and resolve standard financial problems and issues
- Assist in system development activities and conduct functional testing
- Provide customer support for financial system users
- Analyze and test interfacing systems to ensure data integrity
- Functions may be modified based on the designated office requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum two years of professional experience in financial records processing and management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and resolve problems
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Ability to Obtain and Retain required program level clearance.
Desired:
- Experience with federal government financial systems
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance procedures for financial data integrity
- Adaptability to changing work requirements and priorities
