Job Description:

Overview: Come join one of the most beloved home fashion brands in the US – HomeGoods! As a Marketing Co-Op on the HomeGoods brand, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working for a mature retail brand.

What You Will Do
• Learn and observe what it means to be on a Marketing team.
• Help bring seasonal merchandise visions & brand campaigns to life across a variety of channels including in-store signage, email, gift cards, website, and app.
• Assist in developing marketing briefs and reviewing creative assets to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.
• Support retail marketing operations, including signage distribution, store grand openings, gift card reporting, and other operational initiatives.
• Support the execution of email campaigns - responsibilities could include participating in in-store content captures, email proofing, maintaining content calendars, and creative ideation.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices across retail and digital channels.

Who We Are Looking For
• Interest in a multifaceted, fast-paced retail environment
• Strong attention to detail, extremely organized and exhibits superior time-management skills
• Proactive self-starter who is highly motivated, resourceful, and ambitious
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative nature, with the ability to form relationships across business functions
• Previous Co-Op, Internship, or related work experience preferred
• Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

This position has a starting pay range of $24 to $25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
