Are you a detail-oriented and organized AP professional looking to grow with a dynamic company? We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our expanding team!

What You’ll Do:

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure payments are made on schedule
• Match POs to invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Communicate effectively across departments to streamline AP processes
• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently

• Experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, and vendor management
• Strong knowledge of PO matching and reconciliation
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
